Long and thick hair is an attractive asset which is why everyone would want to have the hair that is to die for. However, it is not something that you easily achieve. For most people, it is a matter of working and trying all that they can for the rest of their lives (or at least, for as long as they care). Although it is not really easy, most people would try hard as they can. Thankfully there are different means that will lead to achieving healthy, glowing and thick hair. Try some or all of these and you shall get that hair you are wishing for:

Watch your locks. Avoid too much styling as it would not help keep your hair in your head. There are chemicals that induce hair fall especially when used excessively. It will be much better if you would watch your locks and keep it from being damaged. Often, when there are too much chemicals applied to the hair, the hair follicles and hair shaft get affected and leads to excessive hair loss.

Drink your vitamins. When you were a kid, you probably have heard your mom telling you constantly to drink your vitamins so that you would grow up to be healthy children but not only that, vitamins can make your hair grow stronger and healthier too. If you wish to keep your thick hair or to keep your crowning glory the way that it is, then you better take those vitamins!


Give your scalp a relaxing massage. While the body does need some pampering after a hard time at work or elsewhere, your hair and your scalp needs some TLC too! You could massage your scalp while shampooing or for some ten-minute intervals throughout the day to promote better circulation. It would be very nice if you would have good blood circulation because this makes the organs work better.

Trim your hair's ends every three weeks or so. The hair ends are the unhealthiest part of the hair and it would often look dry and would split. You need to keep the hair ends off by trimming it. Not only will you keep your hair from having split ends, you would also keep the nutrients flowing up to the ends to keep your hair healthy.

Focus on your health. The hair is just one of the parts of the body; it does not necessarily mean that you would have to focus on nourishing your hair and forgetting about the other parts. Nourishing the body is very important and you would have to, therefore, keep every single cell nourished. The best way to get thick hair is to eat right and live healthily.


Stay focused and forget about stress. Although it is very hard to do so, you would need to detach yourself from all of the other things buzzing in your head. When you are out of the office doors, try to live your life and shift roles. You will not get thick hair or even a healthy disposition if you will continue to hound yourself with thoughts that will just drain your energy and will make your body in less perfect state.
